Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in College Park, GA. Schedule is Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:30pm with potential Saturdays. You will perform venipuncture, collect specimens, and ensure accurate data entry and patient service.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, phlebotomy certification or training, and 2+ years of experience. Travel to additional sites may be needed; strong communication and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program.
• 2+ years of phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Enter patient information accurately into the system.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain logs.
• Provide superior customer service to patients.
