Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomy certification or training from an accredited agency is required.
• 2+ years of phlebotomy experience preferred; more is a plus.
• Passing a color blindness test is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Travel to additional sites as needed.
