Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at a client site in Lexington, NC. You will perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups and ensure accurate data entry and courteous patient service.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and phlebotomy certification or training, with travel to additional sites as needed. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within Labcorp.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist.

Mansioni

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
• Process billing information and collect payments when required
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs
• Provide superior customer service to all patients
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
• Other Duties as assigned
