Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Greensboro, NC. The role includes venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all ages, data entry, billing support, and travel to additional sites as needed.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and phlebotomy certification or equivalent training. Preferred candidates have 1 year of phlebotomy experience and strong customer service skills. This is a full-time position with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist.
• 1 year or more of phlebotomy experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
