Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Richland, WA. The role involves blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques across age groups, specimen handling, data entry and patient service.

You must hold a Washington phlebotomy license; 1+ year of phlebotomy experience is preferred, and bilingual Spanish-English is a plus. The position offers a regular Monday–Friday schedule, potential overtime, and a comprehensive benefits package with a quarterly incentive bonus.

Qualifications

• Washington state phlebotomy license required.
• 1+ year of phlebotomy experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary methods for all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients.
• Handle administrative and clerical duties; travel to additional sites as needed.
