Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Kennewick, WA. The role involves blood collection, patient interaction, and accurate data entry in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

You may work in a Patient Service Center or Client office with opportunities for growth and quarterly incentive bonuses. Minimum qualifications include a Washington Phlebotomy license and 3+ months of phlebotomy experience; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington State-issued Phlebotomy License.
• 3 or more months of phlebotomy experience.
• 6 or more months of current or prior Labcorp experience in phlebotomy.
• Bilingual with proficiency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
