Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Round Rock, TX. You will perform skilled blood collections, prepare specimens for testing, and maintain accurate patient information while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred 1+ year phlebotomy experience and familiarity with LabCorp processes. Regular schedule is Monday–Friday with potential overtime and travel to additional sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred (1+ year in clinical/hospital).
• Current LabCorp experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Enter patient information accurately in the system; process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain logs; provide excellent patient service.
