Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our Linden, NJ team. The role involves performing blood collections, assisting patients, and traveling to client sites as needed. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:00pm with rotating Saturdays.

You will collect specimens, enter data, and ensure accurate billing information while delivering superior customer service. Excellent communication and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3+ months experience as a phlebotomist.
• Ability to travel to additional sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
