Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist at FMC 1990 Harmon Ave. Columbus, OH 43223, with Monday–Friday 7:30am–3:30pm and rotating Saturdays. You will perform venipuncture, collect specimens, enter data, and support billing while delivering excellent patient service.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, and phlebotomy certification or equivalent. The role requires flexibility to travel to additional sites and may offer incentive plans and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months+ experience as a phlebotomist.
In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency.

Responsibilities

Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
Provide superior customer service to all patients.
Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
Travel to additional sites when needed.
