Job summary

Labcorp in Warrenton, VA is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team. You will perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all ages, enter data accurately, and prepare specimens for testing while maintaining strict quality standards.

Work schedule is Mon–Fri, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits. You will provide exceptional patient service, travel to additional sites when needed, and grow within Labcorp through ongoing

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3+ months of phlebotomy experience.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
Provide superior customer service to all patients.
Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
Travel to additional sites when needed.
