Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Winchester, TN. The role involves blood collection, specimen handling, data entry, and delivering excellent patient service at multiple sites.

Schedule is Monday–Thursday 8am–5pm and Friday 8am–12pm, with potential travel to other sites. A phlebotomy certification or training is preferred, with a HS diploma required and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3+ months experience as a phlebotomist preferred.
• Demonstrated exceptional customer service and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis; maintain logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients; travel to additional sites as needed.
