Job summary

Labcorp in Franklin, TN is hiring a Phlebotomist to perform blood collections and patient care in a fast-paced lab setting. The role includes data entry, billing assistance, and specimen preparation, with travel to additional sites as needed.

You will contribute to accurate test results and exceptional service while working a Monday–Friday schedule with potential weekend rotation. Training and a supportive team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification or training or 3+ months experience preferred.
• Color vision is required to pass a standardized test.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Enter patient data accurately and promptly.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain logs for patient and specimen information.
• Provide superior customer service to patients.
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites as needed.
