Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification or accredited training preferred.
• 1+ year of phlebotomy experience preferred; Labcorp experience a plus.
• Excellent patient service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Enter patient information accurately into the system.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain logs for patient and specimen data
• Provide superior customer service to patients and staff.
