Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Duluth, GA. You will perform skilled specimen collections, ensure accurate patient data entry, and deliver exceptional customer service in a patient-facing lab setting.

The role requires phlebotomy certification and 2+ years of experience, with occasional travel to additional sites. Schedule is Monday–Friday 9:00am–6:00pm with potential weekend work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program.
• 2 years or more experience as a phlebotomist.
• Preferred: 5 years or more of phlebotomy experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
