Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist at our Stockbridge, GA site. You will perform blood collections for all ages, ensure accurate data entry, and support patient care with excellent service.

The role requires phlebotomy certification or training and 2+ years of experience, with potential travel to other sites as needed. Expect a professional environment with standard daytime hours and opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program required.
• Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
