Job summary

Labcorp in Mt. Holly, NJ is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our patient-focused team. The role involves venipuncture, specimen collection, data entry, and customer service in a clinical setting.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, preferred phlebotomy certification, and 3+ months of experience. Training and development opportunities are available with a pay range of $17.75–$24 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Phlebotomy certification or training preferred.
• Minimum 3 months of phlebotomy experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
