Job summary

UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL is seeking a Per Diem Phlebotomist to join our on-site team and support patient care with reliable blood collection services.

Responsibilities include specimen collection, proper labeling, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Eligible candidates have a phlebotomy course or one year experience, plus HS diploma; CPR preferred. We offer competitive pay with comprehensive benefits and tuition assistance.

Per Diem, varying schedule, you will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St.

Additional components of compensation may include:

• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
