Job summary

UW Health Swedish American in Rockford, IL is seeking a phlebotomist for a 36-hour, 12-hour shift schedule (4:30pm–5:00am), 90% FTE. The position requires completion of a phlebotomy course or one year of phlebotomy experience, with HS diploma or equivalent.

Additional components of compensation include impressive shift differentials - $3/ hr evening, $4 hr night, and $3.25/ hr weekend shift differential as applicable for hours worked.

Additional components of compensation may include overtime and on-call pay

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a phlebotomy course and/or one year of phlebotomy experience. Required
• Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required
