UW Health Swedish American Hospital in northern Illinois seeks a Phlebotomy Technician to join our team. The role requires completion of a phlebotomy course and three years of phlebotomy experience, with 36 hours per week in a 3-12 hour shift (4:30pm–5:00am), 90% FTE, including every other weekend and variable holidays.

Additional components of compensation include impressive shift differentials - $3/ hr evening, $4 hr night, and $3.25/ hr weekend shift differential as applicable for hours worked.

Additional components of compensation may include overtime and on-call pay

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a phlebotomy course and three years of phlebotomy experience. Required
• Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required

• Phlebotomy Technician certification (PBT) or Certified Phlebotomy Technician certification (CPT). Required
