UW Health in northern Illinois is seeking a Phlebotomy Technician for a per diem, varying schedule at the UW Health Home Health Clinic. You will perform blood collection with a focus on accuracy, safety, and patient comfort at 2550 Charles St.

Work Schedule:

Per diem, varying schedule, you will work at UW Health Home Health Clinic 2550 Charles St.

Additional components of compensation may include:

• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
• Overtime

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a phlebotomy course. Required

Work Experience

• 3 years of Phlebotomy experience. Required
• Computer experience. Required

Licenses & Certifications

• Phlebotomy Technician certification (PBT) or Certified Phlebotomy Technician certification (CPT). Required
• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
