Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide excellent customer service.
• Collect blood specimens and transport to the laboratory.
• Assist technologists with instrument loading and reagents.
• Recognize instrument issues and inform appropriate personnel.
• Perform clerical duties such as inventory checks and phones.
• Other duties as assigned.
