Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Lab Assistant to perform phlebotomy and specimen collection. The role uses LIS/HIS to register patients, enter orders, and generate results, and to process specimens for diagnostic testing.

The position supports the lab workflow and may assist in Microbiology as needed. Education required is High School/GED with phlebotomy certification preferred and 1 year of phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs specimen collection procedures.
• Processes and sends out specimens.
• Enters orders and conducts data entry.
