St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a Phlebotomist to provide patient-centered laboratory support across our Patient Service Center locations.

You will perform blood collection and related tasks with accuracy and compassion. Responsibilities include venipuncture, capillary collection, specimen labeling, EHR documentation in Epic, and collaboration with registration and lab teams to ensure timely processing.

Competenze

• Phlebotomy certification or documented competency as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with Epic or similar EHR/registration workflows is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Provides patient-centered registration, laboratory, and diagnostic services in PSC settings while maintaining professionalism and patient safety.
• Performs blood specimen collection from patients of all ages using venipuncture, capillary collection, and heel sticks; ensures accurate labeling and specimen integrity.
• Files and processes specimens for transport, documents in the EHR, and coordinates with registration and laboratory teams to support efficient workflows.
• Maintains compliance with infection prevention, safety standards, and organizational policies.
