Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a Phlebotomist to deliver patient-centered laboratory support across PSC settings.

You will collect blood specimens by venipuncture, capillary, and heel sticks for all ages, ensuring proper labeling, order verification, and compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities include Epic registration workflows, patient navigation, and coordination with providers and billing as needed.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy program completion certificate or documented competency with minimum 100 venipunctures.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use Epic and registration tools.
• Excellent customer service and accurate documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered registration, laboratory, and diagnostic services in PSC settings.
• Perform venipuncture, capillary collection, and heel sticks across all ages.
• Label specimens accurately and follow safety and infection prevention protocols.
• Complete Epic registration workflows and ensure proper order entry and documentation.
• Communicate with providers, financial representatives, and insurance as needed.
