St. Luke's University Health Network seeks a Phlebotomist to collect blood specimens from patients of all ages in outpatient settings and to support related laboratory tasks.

The role requires careful handling of samples, accurate labeling, and timely communication with the lab team. The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma, 100+ hours of phlebotomy training, basic computer skills, and the ability to travel between network sites.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; phlebotomy training with at least 100 hours completed.
• Phlebotomy experience or training preferred; basic computer skills.
• Effective independent judgement and strong customer service.

Responsabilités

• Interprets physician orders and collects blood specimens from patients of all ages.
• Performs outpatient EKGs (as needed) and ensures proper specimen transfer/storage.
• Maintains communication with lab schedulers and regional coordinators; travels between sites as needed.
• Adheres to Network and departmental policies and procedures at all times.
