Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate; some college preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification is required/preferred.
• Experience with laboratory procedures and HIPAA compliance is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process reference lab specimens for transport.
• Maintain equipment and supplies per policy; handle LIS/LIS-related tasks.
• Perform venipuncture on outpatients and collect blood, urine, and swabs.
• Ensure proper labeling, data entry, and documentation; reconcile discrepancies.
