• Collects and stores specimens according to procedures.
• Explain venipuncture process clearly to patients.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing; ensure proper labeling and documentation.
• Adhere to OSHA and DEP regulations; wear PPE as required.
• Attend trainings and uphold quality standards.
