Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED.
• Phlebotomist certification preferred but not required.
• One year phlebotomy experience preferred but not required.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Ability to travel to off-site locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide excellent customer service.
• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Ensure patient identity matches the service requested for safety.
• Handle data entry and processing of specimens (labeling, centrifuging, splitting, freezing).
• Perform clerical duties like inventory checks and answering phones.
• Troubleshoot problems promptly and perform other duties as assigned.
