Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required or preferred.
• Phlebotomist Certification preferred but not required.
• One-year phlebotomy experience preferred but not required.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Engage with staff and patients in a professional manner.
• Position requires travel to off-site locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and the community with excellent customer service.
• Draw blood samples from patients following established procedures.
• Identify patients accurately and match identities with services.
• Perform data entry and processing of specimens by labeling, centrifuging, splitting, and freezing as ordered.
• Handle clerical duties such as inventory checks, stocking supplies, and answering phones.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
