You will enter orders, review results, and assist via phone or intercom with internal and external inquiries. The ideal candidate has high school education, a willingness to travel to off-site locations, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred but not required.
• 1 year phlebotomy experience preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience in retail/service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service by greeting patients and community respectfully.
• Collects specimens according to procedures and ensures proper processing.
• Identifies patients accurately and matches identity with the correct service for safety.
• Performs data entry and specimen processing (labeling, centrifuging, splitting, freezing) per orders.
• Fulfills clerical duties such as inventory checks, stocking supplies, and answering phones.
• Troubleshoots issues promptly as they arise.
• Other duties as assigned.
