Job summary

TriCore Reference Laboratories in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Clinical Lab Assistant - Phlebotomist for the Winrock PCC location. This hourly role requires reliable attendance and the ability to work independently or with minimal supervision, performing multiple modalities as assigned.

You will participate in on-call coverage, holidays, and weekends as needed, maintain supplies, and support patient care with professional communication and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or equivalent.
• PBT (ASCP) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Completion of a Clinical Lab Assistant program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain supplies and inventory for departmental functions.
• Observe students and/or new staff as needed.
• Exhibit basic problem solving for patient care and service levels.
• Participate in on-call coverage and holidays/weekends as needed.
