Job summary

Global-Technical-Talent-1 is seeking a Phlebotomist II for onsite work in Lone Tree, CO. This 4-month contract role requires working Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM MST, across multiple Patient Service Center locations with flexibility to travel as needed.

The candidate will draw blood, prepare specimens, and maintain strict adherence to safety and accuracy standards while building trust with patients and staff. Compensation ranges from $24.00 to $26.25 per hour (USD).

Qualifications

• 1-3 years phlebotomy experience required.
• Experience with pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections preferred.
• Certification in phlebotomy preferred; CA/NV/WA requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Perform with confidence, both the forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures.
• Verify patient demographic info and initials post-venipuncture to ensure tubes were labeled in their presence and that the name on the label is correct.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Demonstrate organizational commitment and promote a positive image to patients and staff.
