Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist II to join our on-site team in Castle Rock, CO. This contract role runs for 2 months with a daily schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM MST. You will draw blood specimens, prepare them for lab testing, and ensure accuracy and patient safety in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years phlebotomy experience, high school diploma, and flexibility to travel between Patient Service Center locations. Overtime and weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent — REQUIRED.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred in California, Nevada, and Washington.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily activities accurately and on time under supervision.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Performs forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling post-venipuncture.
• Maintain records and documentation.
• Promote a positive image to patients, clients, employees and the public.
