Job summary

Talentify seeks a Phlebotomist II in Lakewood, CO for a 3‑month contract. The role involves drawing blood, preparing specimens for lab testing, and maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in patient information.

Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM MST, onsite with travel between Patient Service Centers. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. No visa sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, and WA.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily phlebotomy duties accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe, professional environment.
• Label tubes correctly and verify patient info post-venipuncture.
• Keep accurate records and documentation.
• Represent the company with a positive image to patients and staff.
