Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II Territory (Float) for Indianapolis, IN. This role involves travel within an assigned territory to deliver professional phlebotomy services across PSCs, client offices, and other sites.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA and LA.
• English required.
• Travel up to 75% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection following procedures.
• Obtain patient identification and verify specimen labeling accuracy.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing per test orders.
• Handle data entry for patient registration, test orders, and billing when required.
• Provide professional, courteous patient and client service in a high-volume setting.
• Travel within territory to PSCs, client offices, or other sites.
