Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II in Novi, MI. The position runs Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (1 hour lunch), and Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (30 min lunch) with rotational weekends.

The role involves specimen collection, order verification, and data entry in a patient-focused lab environment. Candidates should have at least three years of phlebotomy experience, be comfortable with pediatric and geriatric collections, and possess a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3 years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures, including drug screens and biometric screening.
• Administer oral solutions according to training.
• Verify orders using lab systems and client contact.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
