Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available for weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens per procedures (drug screens, biometric screenings, etc.).
• Administer oral solutions per training.
• Verify orders via lab systems and client contact.
• Enter data accurately in computer systems and billing entry when required.
• Process specimens (labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, preparing for transport).
• Perform non-patient duties: inventory, stocking, sanitizing, filing, phone and email tasks.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and complete training timely.
