Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Phlebotomist to join its Patient Service Center located inside a Walgreens in Trinity, Florida.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting blood samples, processing specimens, and maintaining a professional and patient-focused environment. The position requires comfort working with diverse patient populations, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients, and entails approximately 30–40 blood draws per day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Hands-on phlebotomy experience and proficiency in venipuncture.
• Experience processing and handling specimens.
• Experience working with pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Excellent patient service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and collect blood samples from patients accurately and efficiently.
• Process and handle collected specimens according to established procedures.
• Provide professional and courteous service to patients throughout the blood collection process.
• Work with patients across different age groups, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.
• Maintain compliance with laboratory procedures, safety protocols, and workplace requirements.
• Support daily operations at a Patient Service Center with two draw stations.
• Collaborate with a coworker while remaining comfortable working independently when required.
