Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist II for our Lakewood, CO location to join a Medical Research team. You will draw quality blood samples, prepare specimens for lab testing, and maintain patient trust by explaining procedures clearly and performing duties safely and accurately.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, phlebotomy certification preferred, 3 years of phlebotomy experience, 2+ years in a Patient Service Center environment, and solid data-entry skills.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• 3 years of phlebotomy experience; 2+ years in a Patient Service Center environment.
• Customer service in retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience a must.

• Represents the face of the company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into health decisions.
• Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing while following procedures.
• Explain procedures to patients and draw blood specimens in a skillful, safe and accurate manner and build trust.
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors while focusing on process excellence and confidentiality of patient information.
• Under supervision, perform daily activities accurately and on time; maintain a safe and professional environment; manage records and documentation.
