Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist II for 1st shift in Eden Prairie, MN. The contract runs 3 months, onsite, with a 9:00 AM–5:30 PM CST schedule. You will draw blood, prepare samples for labs, and interact with patients with care and professionalism.

Requires three years of phlebotomy experience and strong customer service. Travel between locations may be required; vaccination and hospital credentialing may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, perform daily phlebotomy activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing per procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling of tubes post‑venipuncture.
• Maintain records and documentation.
• Promote a positive image to patients, clients, and staff.
