Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Medical training is preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification is preferred; required in CA, NV, WA.
• MN state credentials/licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Draw blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Verify patient demographics and ensure correct labeling of tubes.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Demonstrate professionalism and maintain patient trust and confidentiality.
• Perform duties in a safe and accurate manner while following procedures.
• Support credentialing processes as needed.
