Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company to patients and be the face of the organization.
• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing following procedures.
• Explain procedures to patients and maintain a calm, professional atmosphere.
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors while focusing on process excellence and confidentiality of patient information.
• Perform daily activities accurately and on time under supervision, maintaining records and a professional environment.
