Job summary

Global-Technical-Talent-1 is seeking a Phlebotomist III - Floater in Eden Prairie, MN. This onsite contract role involves collecting blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and maintaining patient safety and comfort.

You will join the Patient Services team under supervision, with responsibilities across multiple locations, including weekend and on‑call coverage; flexibility to work at multiple sites is required. This 3-month contract is onsite with standard hours.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• High school diploma or equivalent — REQUIRED
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ability to provide quality, error free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which includes weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Must be able to make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment.
