Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist II for 1st shift in Saint Paul, MN. This contract role requires coverage at Patient Service Centers and in-office locations with travel and minimal notice.

The position entails venipuncture, specimen processing, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced clinical environment. Applicants should have a high school diploma, phlebotomy experience, and be able to work weekends/holidays with on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing per established procedures.
• Verify patient demographic info and labeling post-venipuncture.
• Maintain records and documentation.
• Promote a positive image to patients and staff.
