Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Quincy, MA is seeking a Phlebotomist II to join our team. The role is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with rotational weekends.

The position offers pay in the range of $24.50 to $26.25 per hour and may include eligibility for an annual bonus based on performance. Responsibilities include collecting specimens, verifying orders, entering data, and maintaining logs.

Formación

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on‑call and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record, if applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Administer oral solutions according to training.
• Verify orders and enter data using lab systems and client tools.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Obtain billing information and collect payments when required per policy.
• Process specimens (labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, transport).
• Perform non‑patient facing duties (inventory, stocking, sanitizing, filing, phones, email).
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and comply with policies.
• Complete training courses timely.
