Quest Diagnostics in Braintree, MA is seeking a Phlebotomist II to join our team on a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with rotational weekends.

This role offers a pay range of $24.50–$26.25 per hour, plus eligibility for annual bonus based on performance; responsibilities include collecting specimens, data entry, and maintaining accurate records and compliance with department policies.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available for weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record if applicable.
• High school diploma or equivalent; phlebotomy certification preferred in some states.

Responsabilités

• Collect specimens according to established procedures.
• Administer oral solutions as trained.
• Verify orders using lab systems and client contact.
• Navigate computer systems to enter data accurately.
• Enter billing information and collect payments per policy.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, transport.
• Perform non-patient facing duties: inventory, stocking, sanitizing, filing, phones, email.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and complete trainings timely.
