Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomist II for West Memphis, AR, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role requires at least three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections, with data entry responsibilities.

The position emphasizes accurate specimen collection, order verification, and adherence to policy while providing a path for professional growth within a large clinical laboratory network. English communication is required.

Formación

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record, if applicable.
• The position requires the ability to effectively communicate in English.

Responsabilidades

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions according to established training.
• Research test/client information and verify orders using lab systems and approved tools.
• Navigate a computer and enter data accurately.
• Enter billing information and collect payments per policies.
