Qualifications

• Minimum of three years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Proficient keyboard/data entry and computer use.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens per established procedures.
• Administer oral solutions per training.
• Verify orders using lab systems and client contact.
• Enter data accurately and navigate computer systems.
• Prepare and transport specimens as required by test order.
• Perform non-patient facing duties (inventory, sanitation, filing, phones).
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and assist with statistics.
