Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Phlebotomist II for a Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM. Pay starts at $20.00+ per hour.

The role includes specimen collection, data entry, and adherence to QA procedures, with opportunities for annual performance bonuses. Qualifications include three years of phlebotomy experience, high school diploma, and preferred phlebotomy certification.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

Responsabilités

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions according to training.
• Navigate systems to verify orders and enter data accurately.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required.
• Process specimens (labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, transport).
• Perform non-patient-facing duties (inventory, stocking, sanitizing, filing, emails).
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and comply with policies.
