Job summary

Global Technical Talent, Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist II - Float in Jacksonville, FL. This contract role covers multiple sites with on-site requirements and travel between locations. Pay ranges from $22.79 to $24.41 per hour (USD), with a typical Mon–Fri schedule and occasional Saturdays. Floaters must be timely and ready to work at any site as needed.

The position requires 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, strong customer focus, and the ability to work across various settings.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years phlebotomy experience REQUIRED, including pediatric/geriatric collections.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA where applicable.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; medical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Maintain safe, professional environment and patient confidentiality.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling accuracy post-venipuncture.
• Maintain records and documentation as required.
• Demonstrate leadership and focus on process excellence.
